Wat Phnom is a "must see" during your stay. From that hill in town you have a nice view over the whole city.

For a better understanding of the history of my country I suggest to visit Tuol Sleng too. As a former prison of the Khmer Rouge it offers lots of information on ther erea.

You and/or your friends can rent the car with driver on a daily rate for all purposes.

This includes trips to Shianoukville at the coast (4 hours drive) or visits to Svay Pak (KM 11). At night I take you out to experience the famous nightlife and wait for you to take you home to your hotel (Martinis, Sharkey Bar, Caza Nightclub, Manhattan Nightclub,...)
